This week sees me hitting my stride with Spring cleaning while doing the HGP. I found that completing the HGP last year was so beneficial that I plan to continue and finish it again this year. The weather will hopefully cooperate and I will get a lot done around the house. Here is my to do list for the second week of Spring.
Water throughout day,
Shower/bath at night,
Moisturise,
Brush teeth,
Lip balm,
Hand cream,
Clean kitchen and DW on before bed.
Read and sleep at reasonable time.
