Katrina, Keeping things as normal as can be sounds like a good plan. Routine during times of uncertainty/grief/upheaval has been beneficial for me.

Totally agree. If I can possibly keep things as close to normal I will be better off. Still trying to keep to a routine where I can.

We had a flash flood watch for today so for the last two days, I've been working extra hard to get the things done that I have been wanting to get done by last night. I was up late but it got done! We had the rain but no flooding in the basement! I was able to get even more done today since my time wasn't spent cleaning up a flood!

I feel like I'm getting caught up more and more which is a great feeling!

I am a person that thrives on routine so when things crop up it does throw me. It does not take too long to get back on track.
