I had this area decorated with a witchy theme, but then took a trip to Home Goods and found that headless horseman statue (on the left). That was it! The witchy came down and the Sleepy Hollow Bed & Breakfast Check-in Desk was born! Other than the newly purchased statue, I only used items that I had on hand for this setup.

Very eerie! Are they artificial candles up by the guest sign in? If so, where did you find them?

Where did you get the old ledger? Love that!

Sorry. Wow! Can't believe I haven't checked in here in a while!
My husband used to do auctions - the ledger is from The Coca-Cola Company. I think that one was from the 1920s.
Monroe, Louisiana, which is the largest town nearest to us - about 50 miles- is the home of the Biedenharns. He was the first person to bottle Coca-Cola. The family home is a museum now. DD27 had her wedding pictures taken there.

Very interesting!

The ledgers I have are from the headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia dating back to the early 1900s, and a bottling company in Americus, Georgia. I have more ledgers and old advertisement/program sheets for ballparks in storage.
