Son & I invited to Godmother/friend house overnight

DS15 & I will be leaving on the 22nd, staying overnight. My friend (DSs Godmother) has a 2nd home in York, Maine and invited us up.
Wondering what would I should bring? We'll most likely go to the movies (DSs choice), have early dinner out, spend the night at her condo and in the morn after brkfst head back home.
For the 3 of us what's easy to bring and festive? snacks/brkfst
Any easy Christmas games? any place up in York we should make sure we see?

York has some historical buildings -- old gaol (jail), Elizabeth Perkins home, etc. -- that are very nice and interesting to see. Maybe they'll be decorated for Christmas -- it's been quite awhile since I've been there. And drive along the beach and up to Nubble Light, too. York is one of my favorite places. Have a good time!
