Found this on E-how and it looks good!!

Lowfat St. Pat's Day snack - Apples are a traditional Celtic food. Slice green (or a variety of) apples and serve with this easy dip:
Combine and beat well:
2 - 8 oz packages of low fat cream cheese
1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Several drops green food coloring (if desired)

Makes a pretty snack for school, the office or a casual buffet.

Thanks for sharing the snack. I am hosting a ladies group in MArch and want to have a St. Pat's theme. I had not thought of green apples, but they will be a lovely addition to the table.

Yum! I didn't know that apples were a traditional Celtic food. My kids would like this! I bet it'd be good on green grapes, too.
