What is everyone planning for dinner tonight?
I am making Oven Chicken Fajitas. I have the strips of raw chicken breast marinating in the fridge.
When I ran to the store yesterday after work, however, I totally forgot to get bell peppers! UGH!
So I'll be going again tonight! But we really love this recipe and it is so simple to throw in the oven - and so great to get that caramelized effect on the onions and peppers that I've only had in restaurants before!
