Terrific Tuesday 1/12/10...WHAT'S COOKING?

Good morning!

It's Tuesday! What are the plans for breakfast, lunch or dinner at your house?

Last night's steak salads were a hit! Even the kids enjoyed them. I baked the fries, to save on the fat from frying and they were delish too.

Tonight we're having BBQ CHeeseburgers, Oven Fries and Baked Beans. Breakfast will be Weight Control Cinnamon Roll oatmeal and lunch will be Italian Dunkers for the kids at school.

We will have the boneless pork chops, green beans, a type of potato and salad tonight since last got changed around.

Maybe beef and barley soup? and some rolls or bisquits?

Tonight I have a meeting so DH will be in charge of dinner. Hotdogs and macaroni and cheese is on the menu I believe. I'll probably have a nice salad.

I'm off today, so I'm making a turkey dinner. Yeppers! Stuffing, Mashed potatoes, Rolls and a Vege. I bought an extra turkey and never cooked a turkey dinner at home, so I'm going to cook it today, then use the left overs all week.

We are eating out of the freezer today. I was looking at it yesterday. I have a ton of frozen dinners. So I'll just reach in, grab and that will be it.

Update: I reached in to pull out SOS. So it's that and leftover mashed potatoes

We are having Hawaiin Chicken Wings and Baked French Fries, Homemade Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Pasta Salad for lunch, with fake tuna fish, rice & eggs.
Cream of Wheat for dinner!

I had two breakfasts! :-]

We had breakfast for dinner, since I didn't feel well the quys made scrambled eggs, pancakes, hash browns and sausage. It was fabulous, because I didn't have to COOOOK ITT!
