Ready or Not....here it comes!

Tomorrow is the big day. I still have a few things to pick up (during our snowstorm today) but I did shopping on Sunday and on Monday. I cannot believe how much I've spent on this one meal. (More than I normally spend for two weeks on groceries!!!) Crazy, huh?
I am borrowing a folding table from work, I have my tablecloths, my grand-daughters and I made our napkin rings, and tonight the table will be mostly set.
After work I'll have a pie baking, veggie-chopping extravaganza.
Dh informed me last night that he wanted sweet potatoe pie, so I need to add that to my list of pies.
I'm so excited!!!!!

I'm excited for you! And I'm excited, too! Yummy day ... but also, Thankful in many ways.

I know what you mean about the spending on one meal ... but then, with leftovers, we eat many meals from it! That's my fav part!

Just ran across these two Thanksgiving planners that make it look soooooo easy. I'll be using these a LOT this year, since I'll be hosting a larger group than in a long time! One seems more informal and the other covers so much of the planning that may be needed for a more formal gathering.
