Since I'm at the office I'd like to get rid of more emails and file messages that need to be kept.

thirty minutes on financials, thirty minutes on filing, thirty minutes cleaning the office, thirty minutes wrapping presents, thirty minutes on powerpoint presentation, thirty minutes returning phone calls and emails, thirty minutes on recycles, lunch and start over again on a new list of tasks.

I'm spending 30 minutes on my "lists". Updating my budget & what I've already purchased. Then working on a Finish Up Gift List includes who I'm shopping for, the item & store.
