Anybody ever done this? It has been so long since I saw this idea and we have never tried it. I don't even remember where I got the idea from...but I think we are going to gather up the neighborhood kids and try it tomorrow. If I remember right, you just use food coloring and spray bottles or dish soap bottles and color all the snow in your yard like a giant snow cone. Honestly, after so much white stuff lately, I could use a little color in my life. LOL. I will have to google it for the details.

ETA: One site said 1TB food coloring, the other said 20 drops per spray bottle.

I've seen people decorate snow forts and snowmen like this. Let us know how it goes! It sounds like fun.

that sounds right it's just food coloring in water in bottles to spray/squirt. Just be aware that it can stain sometimes so keep that in mind w/ what the kids are wearing. It sounds fun.

I think we will make a rainbow in the front yard. Then, I'll just let them have a wild rumpus in the back yard. Thanks for the warning about the clothes. I will have them wear old stuff!!
