Today's tips come from AnnieClaus

Annie writes:

This is a Storing decorations tip -For small Christmas string lights take a magazine (that you no longer want), roll it, tape it. Wrap lights around the tube- going up the length of the magazine. The magazine is more sturdy than a paper towel or wrapping paper tube.

For a hostess gift ideas:
- Mistle toe. It's always fun to bring to a party because the hostess puts it up right away and then the fun begins.
- An ornament with the year on it.
-Old fashioned ribbon Christmas candy. Or find old fashioned candy (like Neco wafers). It is always a nostalgic hit.

Thanks Annie! Annie suggests checking out the Vermont Country Store's website for ordering nostalgic candies. Annie, your name has been dropped in my magic hat for the drawing at the end of the month. Good luck!

Love nostalgic gifts, and the mistletoe is a great idea, something I would love to receive :)

Another great hint. I always have my lights in a tangle, this may prevent that.
