Morning! It's the second full week of February! Do you have prepping to do for Valentine's Day this week? Let's see those lists.


Here's mine:

HAVE TO DO:
[X] Help DS make his Valentine box
[ ] DS to dad's
[X] [X] DD preschool
[X] DD tumbling
[X] Turn in DS's physical for soccer

NEED TO DO:
[ ] DUST!
[ ] File
[X] Grocery store

WANT TO DO:
[X] Visit library
[ ] Work on storage closet
[ ] Go through fabric and make something

HEALTH:

[ ] Monday - colonoscopy
[ ] Take an eye appointment
[ ] Take a hairdresser appointment

NEED TO DO (over the weekend)
[ ] Wash bathroom
[ ] Vaccuum 1st floor
[ ] Grocery store
[ ] Dust everywhere
[ ] Laundry, laundry, laundry, laundry
[ ] Prepare meals


WANT TO DO:
[ ] Work on GPD
[ ] Make list of crafts for Christmas
[ ] Work on more crafts

It is Monday of our New Week! That means a New List. And - in our case - it means a new, giant snowstorm on the way. nevertheless..... we must have some sort of list

Monday:

Wait patiently for snowplow (4 days snowed in) (X)
When snowplow arrives - go outside and applaud and throw kisses as street is plowed (X)
When snowplow has left - drive quickly to grocery (X)
Discover that grocery has closed at 2:00 - out of food (X)
Drive to another grocery, and stand in 1,000 person line to pay for food (X)
Drive to post office and mail valentine box to granddaughter (X)
Write email of apology for late Valentine's box (X)

Tuesday:

Leave house very early for more errands - before next snowstorm begins (X)
Buy hot chocolate, kleenex, laundry soap, and other necessities (X)
meet dd at Barnes &Noble (X)
lunch at Indian restaurant (X)
Reluctantly return home to wait for arrival of next big storm (X)

Wednesday:

2nd Snowstorm begins Tuesday Night (X)
Watch as new snowstorm adds huge amounts of new snow (X)
Celebrate That We Did Not Lose Electric Power (X)

Thursday:

Are we snowed in again? No! Street Plowed Overnight (X)
Go out to Celebrate Not Being Stuck In House (X)
Begin To Clean/Organize Bathroom Closets (X)
Clear Some Snow (X)

Friday:

Continue To Clean/Organize Bathroom Closets: (X) One Down, One More To Go
Work On Cleaning Kitchen Cabinets: (X)

Moday was a snow day... just relaxing
Tuesday-- Change sheets in master bedroom, put away clean laundry
Wednesday-- clean window, blinds and curtains in kitchen, mop floor, clean out fridge/freezer
Thursday-- Work on my birthday party... start designing invitation
Friday-- clean bathrooms, wipe down walls in master bathroom and laundry room
Saturday-- hang out with my guys
Sunday-- hang out with Kiddo

This has been quite a week for many of us. It feels like...... February!

And still.... we carry on! How adorable we are!
