It's the middle of October, are you ready for Halloween or still working on it? I'm still working on it, which is unusual for me by this time of the month. We don't even have pumpkins yet.
For anyone following the challenge that I talked about earlier here is the full list of challenges by week. Remember, each week you add on the new challenge while still continuing the previous challenges.
Week 1: Walk 30 minutes each day. I thought it was 5 days a week but I guess not.
Week 2: Add drink 8 glasses of water each day.
Week 3: Add drop one unhealthy habit.
Week 4: Add eat one extra serving of fruit daily.
Week 5: Add 10 minutes of meditation to your daily routine.
Week 6: Invite a friend to walk or workout with you once this week.
Week 7: Add one healthy habit to your day.
Week 8: Maintain the new healthy habits.
Now here's my list for the week:

[ ] Pick up dogs from vet (Sun)

[ ] Bathrooms
[X] Laundry
[X] Grocery
[X] Art journal
[X] Box tops
