Good morning all you list makers!!

Today is Monday and you know what that means.....time to make another list for the week and try to get as much done as possible. Remember to take time to enjoy yourself as well. Now, let's see those lists!

Here's mine:

[X] 1st day of school (Wednesday)
[X] Doctor Appt. (Monday)
[ ] Pools cleaned out and put away

[ ] Start pulling out Fall decorations when possible

Okay..one of the things I didn't get to last week, was to clean out the shed but with the size of the spiders in there now...hmmmm..I think I will prefer waiting until autumn to haul it out!!

So for this week:

~Finish cleaning and organizing cupboards
~Begin cleaning out my bedroom closet

These will be the chores I will work on this week.

I have been such a slacker this summer-teacher husband back at it today, DD goes to 4th grade on wed, I work full time, but with both of them being home, we have been sooo lazy...I am off today and tomorrow, so time to jump back in getting organized!

Mon: catching up on laundry, cleaning dd bathroom, grocery shopping, misc housework
Tues: getting school shoes, organizing clothes, meet the teacher, more housework
Wed: back to work, back to school
Thurs: DD piano lessons, paperwork
Fri: we'll see ;-)
gotta get back to doing some housework every day--REALLY slacked off on that this summer..
waiting to see what Fay does, sooo praying for some of that rain here :rain:

Good morning ladies.

I'm going to stick with my master bedroom/closet.

[] Go through the boxes in the closet (it's things we bought but I don't remember what it is)
[] Go through the old luggage (one piece left)
[] Get the rest of the clothes out of the laundry room
[] Clean a little more in the laundry room

I think if I get things out of the laundry room and get it streamlined, both DH and myself will be less likely to just let the clothes sit in there. It really does need to go to the closet.

Are you enjoying cooler weather yet? Today was a cool, crisp, breezy day. My husband and I took advantage of it to attack the basement. AFriends with a truck came for lunch, and we loaded the truck up for two trips to the dump.

Now, pass the Advil please. The rest of the day will involve lots of enjoying of Magical Holday Home! :package:

It has been beautiful here for the past week or so. I only run my air at night and during the day I have windows and doors open and ceiling fans on. I have even noticed a few leaves changing color! Fall is on its way.

How's everyone doing with their lists so far? It's mid-week. I've gotten enough accomplished to feel comfortable with the direction this week is taking.

So for this week:

~Finish cleaning and organizing cupboards (2 more cupboards have been attacked and conquered!! WOO-HOO)

~Begin cleaning out my bedroom closet

~~~Our temps definitely have the feel of autumn now. The nights have been cool (in the 40's) and the maple leaves are beginning to change. Today it's in the 70's.
Cross stitch bookmark #2 is done, and I have moved on to bookmark #3. :pink: (My dance of joy elephant again!) So far, I have probably spent over 12 hours on them. Labors of love. I think I have 3 or 4 more gifts to buy for Christmas, and then I am done. Yay!! :grin: Tomorrow I hope to really clean out and straighten my gift closet and organize it a little bit better. And I still want to sew some over the weekend. We'll see. :confused:
