Even though our kids are quite older now, I stll go to Norad every Christmas eve. Sometimes i'll share out where Santa is and other times I quietly check and keep it to myself. 
I do too. Husband will ask several times during the evening where’s Santa.
Our local news programs often highlight it on Christmas Eve.
I did not know that this site existed. It would have been great when the kids were small. Will definitely follow along this year.

MM that is so sweet, thanks for posting this. I would think that it would be great to be a volunteer and to help instill a little bit of Christmas magic.

Looking at the NORAD website it says to come back on December 1st. Will make a note for then.
