Good evening!

What's cooking at your house? We're having sloppy joes, macaroni and cheese and baked beans. It's easy for us to eat in shifts.

We had chicken flavored rice, with porc sautéed with veggies & teriyaki sauce.

I still have so much food, I need to eat it before it goes bad.

At this rate, I'm going to have to take some for lunch too!

turkey breast
ham
a small homemade frozen dinner from my aunt and uncle

we had beef roll-ups stuffed with swiss cheese, roasted red peppers and spinach, served with pan-fried asparagus!!! mmmmmmm!!!

I posted the asparagus recipe in today's dinner thread... as for the beef rollups (wink wink) I bought them premade from the butcher at Safeway...LOL they would be super easy to make ourselves though! I will try and let you all know!
