Tuesday's Daily List 7/29

Even though it back to work for me...I can't just stop all housework...lol...well i could but i guess I'd be in pretty bad shape if I did...so below is my daily list but I won't be able to update it until this evening....Good luck one and all...

[X] Do Track it Tuesday stuff

[X] General pick up

[X] Make bed

[ ] 15 minutes declutter (Entertainment center)

[ ] Dust living room

[X] Straighten Living Room

[X] Clean TV

[X] Quick Clean Kitchen

[X] Laundry (one load)

[X] Dishes...put away!

Well I said I was quitting my evening job so I'd have more time at home....so here's the test...can I make time in that hour or so home from work to get things accomplished!!!

Ginger, I vote that you will make use of that extra time at home. Of course with first back around the school you may just have to rest this evening little!

today:
( ) laundry, laundry, laundry, etc....lots to catch up on.
( ) run dishwasher (forgot to turn it on last night)
( ) unload said dishwasher
( ) sweep floors
( ) work on drink carrier
( ) take or send boys to $1 movie at 9:30 am ( we live 1 block from movie theater, and DS15 can walk with them down there, if it's a movie they want to see..)
( ) try to get dust ruffle on bed...decide if it's long enough, and if not, take it back to Target
(X) call mom and tell her I'm not going to walk, due to sinus infection

That's enough today...I worked hard yesterday in the 100 degree heat...and it's supposed to be 100 again today. Sigh.

OMG how did I not ever see this forum before??? I am such a list maker and can't start my day without one! lol I hope you all don't mind if I join you....I love being accountable and crossing things off!!

Here's my list for today:

[X] Exercise
[X] Clean garbage can (my mom has the cleanest garbage can in town, we tease her all the time!)
[ ] Break/cut up branches in the yard
[ ] Make a Christmas card or two
[X] Finish niece's birthday card
[ ] Make a hair cut appt
[X] Run dishwasher
[X] Unload dishes

Well off to get my workout in, so I can get outside before it gets too hot.

Edited to add:

I didn't outside in my yard this morning, I forgot that me and my DD17 were going up to my mom's to help her in her's. I spread some mulch while DD pulled weeds and then we both edged along her neighbor's fence. So my yard will be on my list for tomorrow.

I love lists, too!!

( X ) Make blueberry muffins before we loose blueberries
( ) Make 2 loaves of bread-- in the evening when it cools off
( X ) Wipe down bathrooms
( X ) Vacuum couch-- we made a mess watching movies last night
( X ) Wash bottom sheet and pillowcases on my bed
( X ) Do 1 load of laundry, put away yesterdays laundry- working on load #2
(X ) Go through Kiddo's dresser

As you can see....I am not getting everything done on the list but I figure it is better than what I was getting done before and for the first day back at work...not bad!!
