im having stuffing with my baked chicken and candied yams tonite. ill look at some recipes for thanksgiving
I am acutally cooking half a turkey breast! We have it wrapped with onions, sage etc... and slow cooking on the BBQ. Will serve with mashed garlic cauliflower and some green beans. Hmm maybe I should get up and motivate myself to put in a pumpkin custard!
Now after reading about all the turkey/chicken cooking I'm wanting something too.

Didn't get to do anything yesterday. Today it's kind of quiet here at work so I'm working on my Thanksgiving dinner menu.
We are going to a friends tomorrow for a Turkey dinner, they will be gone for a whole month on a cruise to the Panama Canal so they invited us and 3 other couples to celebrate an early Canadian Thanksgiving. What better way to celebrate Rudy day then with a Turkey and all the trimmings ?? 
The dinner was fantastic, the turkey was moist , the gravy was awesome , the salad I made was a hit. Enjoyed the evening very much !
