Mmm, why all last week I have been craving barbequed turkey wings with macaroni & cheese, green beans and brown n serve rolls. Yummy, I think that will be Sunday's dinner. Thanks for the idea Ahorsesoul. :)

For dinner Friday night- I defrosted some turkey noodle soup- made after Thanksgiving, 2011. It was comforting, delicious and just what I needed after the hectic work week!

Last night I made turkey enchiladas with cream sauce and green chilies.

In front of my computer
for the Enchiladas, I just made a cream sauce with sour cream and chicken broth, added diced green chiles and some cumin. I rolled corn tortillas with chopped turkey, a slice of cheese and some black olives. Pour the sauce over it and baked until it all bubbled.
