This week I did get the flip flops done and so far 5 1/2 dishcloths. (Dreamer, so far just doing the single crochet. Knew I could move FAST on that.)

Hoping to do some more dishcloths and start on the quilted ball Christmas ornaments for co-workers and hair dressers this coming week. Need to pick out ornaments for swap too.

Haven't started with DD's party yet either.

My computer is going back in the shop I think today, so thought I would post now.

If computer is gone, I will get alittle more done since I won't being on MHH!

Well, I'm gonna try to make a reader's wrap (wool is bought & crochet size 10mm). It's a 20 X 60 inche piece (just like a scarf), and then you add 2 pockets at the end to put glasses, crayon, book.... this one's for me (I think) and if it's really cool I just might make these for gifts!

Yeah I just took a few more pics of my DD and her classmates- I only have 1 more kid to get and I have them all.

I am going to print wallet size pics and give in a card at graduation in a couple of weeks.

This weekend I will round up blank cards and have D start signing them

luludou,
Where did you get the directions for the reader's wrap? I'd love to make some of these for Christmas.

Found a free (crochet) on on Lion Brand website. I did have to sign up but I had a choice of if I wanted their newletters and infomation.

http://www.lionbrand.com

Pattern is called Patriotic Pocket Wrap (pattern #20163-C). It was done in (of course) red, white and blue with pockets. You're right it's very simple once you see the directions.

This is really nice. Guess I could crochet it ....... I think my mom and grandma would love one of these. Not sure if double or single would be better. Or the size.....Will have to mess with it. Thanks for the ideal!

Ok, bought my wool from Walmart for the wrap. Will be starting this wrap (but not a patriotic one) very soon...
