This week is the start of SPRING for us, this week also sees us in our third week in lock down and under a stay at home order. I think that this will be extended as the numbers are not where they would like them to be. On a positive note I am getting a lot of extra work done here and the house will be really cleaned and well organised before the really warm weather hits. What is also has shown me is a need to look at some more interests, if this continues for too much longer I may start to get bored.

Now that HGP and HHP have started look at HGP. Is it working for me? How can I improve it? ( ) More seasonal cleaning ( )
Maybe a fusion of both, take what I like from each one and make my own plan. I have time now to look at them both.

HHP starts this week. I’m always excited for it but I also question how I am going to find time to work on that list and the general weekly list. I’ve decided that I’ll just have to post on the forums after getting things done on the list.

With high school and college in session now, my week “looks” to be quieter. Ha! I know how that is often deceiving. If nothing pops up unexpectedly, I’m hoping to get some extra stuff done off my HHP - Additional things to do list.
  • Weed Gardens
  • Clean Bathrooms.
  • Pay bills -
  • Correspondence: Family History group;
  • Appts: Monday: Physical Therapy; Late Pick Up; Thursday: Physical Therapy;
  • Menu Planning
    • Menu plan for upcoming week.
    • Check that ingredients for planned meals are in the house.
    • Make a grocery list.
    • Buy groceries.
    • Food Prep: Cut up onions, peppers and carrots, etc, for upcoming meals.
  • FlyLady: Living Room, Entrance, Dining Room and Front Porch:
    • Dust.
    • Vacuum.
    • Dust Blinds.
    • Wipe down wall and door jambs.
    • Dust Chandelier.
    • Wipe down dining room chairs
  • Do weekly reflection.
  • Staple reflection papers to the planner pages.
  • Update journal.
  • Wrap bridal shower gift and sign card
  • Declutter boxes from the closet. In Progress
  • HHP - Additional things to do
    • Work on the items on the Holiday Spruce Up list.
    • Inventory Christmas Cards, Stamps and Christmas card list.
    • Look through the new catalog and place order for cards.
    • Prepare dry mixes for holiday baking: 3 mixes done, 4 more to make
    • Work on Christmas Planner Binder to include weekly what worked and didn't work sections

Mary, here's hoping for a great week. I am a little panicked about getting it all done but then we always manage somehow.
