• Ruth’s First Christmas Tree by Elly Griffings (short story)
• The Blessing Way by Tony Hillerman (After 100+ pages decided not to finish … too much Indian superstition and hocus-pocus around witchcraft, etc. Not enough story-line or character development to keep me interested.)
• Reconstructing Amelia by Kimberly McCreight
• Blood Hollow by William Kent Krueger
