Gosh @Kate1964. That is a really interesting question. Yes, there are things that I would change.
Kate- the one thing I would change is when I went through a rough break up in college, instead of sulking in my dorm room eating fast food, I wish I would have stayed up with my years upon years of work outs and basic healthy eating.
I was quite the athlete in my younger years.
Ever since that time, I have never been fully able to get back to it..
I can for seasons or time periods but fitness was like brushing my teeth- it was just part of who I was/part of my schedule.
Guess I can start......... yet again!
