Between Sisters by Kristen Hannah … I've either read this book before or it's very similar to something else I've read.

I am reading a series of Christmas books by Janet Dailey. I did not realise it was a series until I started reading them so even though each book is a stand alone theme I should have started at the beginning of the series o_O
Very enjoyable reads though.

Just finished Cookies and Clairvoyance by Bailey Cates. I need to finish the previous book I was reading and I have two other library books I need to read, but don't remember their titles.

Finished Save the Date by Mary Kay Andrews and Queer Eye. Love Your Life. Tried Beneath the Attic and after 10 minutes in just couldn't do it.

Inside Out; A Memoir by Demi Moore & Royal Holiday by Jasmine Guillory and now I'm on to No Judgement by Meg Cabot. Not sure on that last one, but we'll see after I listen for a bit. She's the same author who wrote Princess Diaries so I thought it might be fun.

I've been really lucky because rather than waiting for books to come out and then searching the online library catalog I look ahead to what's going to be published, get on the list early and that way for Christmas books especially I get them as they come out and don't have to wait months. If they come out in Oct or Nov and I'm on a waiting list I don't get them till new new year or spring. I've got several new 2019 Christmas books this year and it's been nice.

That is a great idea. I have several books ordered including the Demi Moore one and I am well down the list.

I have ordered a bunch of slow cooker books to look for recipes for the Insta Pot.

Katrina, I enjoyed the book. It was another example of how someone being in a particular place in life can lead to a life never expected. After reading so many biographies I believe "fame" is often achieved by pure randomness. Being in a particular place at a particular time.

Finally, the library is back up and running. They did lose the list of all the books I had on order so I have had to start a new list. Looking forward to getting a few books to read over the Summer.

I was reading The Witching Hour by Ann Rice but my Nook died and when it was recharged it returned my library book, so i'm back on the wait list. So now i'm borrowing DD's Kindle and reading The Vampire Academy.
