Mary- I like what you said about releasing resentment when you realize you are not taking the time to care for yourself.
I relate to that so much.
I tend to feel resentful to other people for taking my time but really, it's me not setting the boundaries to protect that time I need to care for my own needs.

My word of the year was Prepare. Trying to get the farm ready and this house empty as we Prepare to retire. We did well at the farm and even though we did not complete the 3 rooms that we wanted we finished one and are very close to finishing the other 2.
This house is where it was at the beginning of the year but I do have an idea of what I need to do.
