Thought it might be fun - and helpful - to summarize our crafting plans specifically for Christmas gifts this year. We're heading into the downhill slide to the big day and time is going to start being ridiculous!!!

I think a lot of us have crafts going/planned for multiple occasions and Christmas is just one of them. This thread could be a place to list what you've got on deck for this year's gifting and we can pop in and update our progress as we go along.

Anyone game?

I want to join in. I haven't got my list/ideas ready yet, but this will be great inspiration to get in gear. I usually have more enthusiasm than I seem to have this year.

So far, I know I want to start and finish a felt kit Christmas stocking for my grandson who is due December 24th. If he arrives late, though, his first Christmas could be in 2019.

I would like to make gifts for my two DDs and for my three DGDs. I already have some lovely ornaments made that I may use for DDs gifts. For DGDs, I like to make them each an ornament and then some other gift. For starters, I'm considering some machine embroidery designs on turtleneck shirts.

I may also want to make gifts for girlfriends. Ideas are small purse-size notebook covers, single-use soaps for guest bathrooms, dahlia bulbs for church ladies, tissue box covers, natural room scent jars …

I am starting to write a list but I am thinking that most of this will be for Christmas 2019 as I still have quite the to do list for this year.

Air clay trinket dishes,
flavoured lip scrubs, (X)
knitted Santa tote (X)
felt heart ornaments, (Done)
large covered peg,
large CCS kit,
ribbon book marks, (done)
knitted wash cloths,
covered star ornaments,
gift tags from old Christmas cards (done)

I am sure that I when I look at Pinterest etc that the list will grow.
