    February 2019 Declutter Club

With a major back issue that has kept me, chair and bed bound (just getting back on my feet) I haven't succeeded in my decluttering goals. For February I am going to focus on small areas as being on my feet too long is still impossible but I can handle a draw or one small spot at a time!!

    Christmas Notebook Revamp: Week One

As noted in the Christmas notebook thread, many of us are in different parts of life where a full-blown Christmas notebook just isn't as needed as it was in the past. This past year my most used sections were simply gift tracking and menu planning. As I might have mentioned elsewhere this year I...

    Jumpstart January 2019

My Christmas declutter/jump start is going slowly as my back has been out of whack and still getting treatment. Sure makes it hard to purge but I'm still doing little bits here and there and it will add up!

    Choosing a Planner 2020

The other thing about Happy Planners is if you have the punch you can just make your own pages. Currently, in the back of my planner, I put in a weight loss section. That way I can keep my info all in one place but don't have to list weight and other personal info on the monthly/weekly pages.

    January: National Soup Month

Heres a trivia question to kick off National Soup Month In the traditional version of this folktale, a man convinces the village folk that he can make the tastiest soup using this object and ends up tricking them into contributing ingredients.

    Rudolph Day 2019 Project

Heres the Grinch quotation picture that inspired this project. I bought it for six dollars the day after Christmas shopping at Kirkland's. All their stuff was 70 percent off I most likely would NOT have paid 24.99 for it....but 6 bucks...sure!

    Rudolph Day 2019 Project

Even though I m creating the village I need a few figures....I originally saw these half priced on Sears but they won't ship and I don't have a place close to check...so I found them on ebay for only slightly more. These are the three essential characters I wanted but will keep an eye out at...

    Jumpstart January 2019

I've started even though it's not quite January. I'm going to need to add a few totes as I decided to switch to clear ones and a bit smaller so they are not so hard to lift. I bought a ton of the smaller ones a few years back and they are working fine...but they do need to be sorted and...

    Word of the Year 2019

"My word for 2019 is mindful Found this while looking for my word and it really fits for me right now. " Mindfulness. It’s a pretty straightforward word. It suggests that the mind is fully attending to what’s happening, to what you’re doing, to the space you’re moving through. That might seem...
