NYE leftovers tonite. Pork, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole,sauerkraut, applesauce and crescent rolls. I hate to admit it, but my once favorite green bean casserole does not appeal to me anymore!! There are still frozen cookies in the freezer, and hot chocolate to be had! It is cold out!!

Lol, I forgot that I am making green bean casserole for our pork loin dinner. I inadvertently used "healthy" cream of mushroom soup at Thanksgiving and it was less than satisfying. I just saw my casserole dish I use and remembered, lol.

We are doing pork loin, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, applesauce and some frozen Japanese vegetables. I also have crescent rolls that I didn't make for Christmas (DH doesn't eat them). I have about a 2 1/2 foot pork loin to cut up, probably can get 4 meals out of it, lol.

I am going to try and use the 25th or the closest weekend to really put some effort into plans and organization. There is not enough time in December! I have a bunch of projects I want to work on ALL year. All the Focus items are great. I plan on doing all of them at some point this year.
