52 Little Questions 2013 Question One

This year I'm doing 52 Little Questions....one a week for 2013. You can use any format to do this project...art or journal or a combo....

I decided to use a deck of cards...the question on the front and the answer on the back....

The question is....What word will you live in 2013.

I thought it might be fun to post the question here each week...and if you want to journal or create art from it you can...if not perhaps you will join in by posting the answer to the question here in this thread!

My word to live this year is Confidence

My word is LIVE. I want to stop sitting at home & get out more doing things. Maybe the word could be DOING. LOL

My word is PEACE and I can already feel the positive effects of it so far this year.

I have been journaling and also will update here.....this year my word is basics.

I want to get back to basics, live more like our grandmas did,
Eat basic foods from scratch when possible, more vegies and fruits, basics stuff. Food that our grandmas would recognise.

De clutter the house, more like our grandmas, they did not want/need/have 28 dish towels,
Face cloths, pairs of shoes. They had the basics that they needed to get them through the day.

I want to get back to basics with gift giving, we don't need expensive gifts. I want to be able to find a balance between store bought and home made gifts.

Self-Fulfilment

As this will be my last year at home in maternity leave for my whole live (we decided not to have a third child), I would like to use this time not only for doing things which I like but also for earning money with it.

So I try to build up my own business - somehow

I'm very excited for the journey into getting my life flowing into Routines!
Right now I'm working on: Before work routine, after work routine.

I'm finding it hard to find just one word to express what I want to "live" this year of 2013, therefore I've decided on a "phrase" (?)..... GENTLER & KINDER .....I want to stop and think about how my response/actions affect the world and people around me.

I bought a Smash Book to do my questions in for the year. I am really looking forward to doing this for 2013.

I think this year, I will try to live by

"Peace"

Peace for me, keeping the peace at home, and ensuring peace with wider family by not getting engaged in their troubles unnecessarily.
