How can I be kinder to myself?
I can be kinder to myself by realising not everything has to be perfect. Especially when it come to celebrating Christmas. I am sure the day will be just fine as it is without all the pressure I put on myself
Exercise, relax, read more, eat healthier, drink water, enjoy the little things.
try to eat healthy and not worry over everything
Ditto on the eating more healthy. More veggies need to be in my meat filled diet.
Ditto what Lucie said. The healthier eating is a must as is the exercise.
I need to accept the things I can't change about my job and start being happier that I even have one.
Drink my water, eat my fruit, sleep properly, and make sure I make time just for me.
Lose more weight. Quit upsetting myself when I don't get everything done I plan to.
Don't O.C.D. over stuff!
