I'm reading 'Christmas Joy' by Susan Branch. Here's something magical for Christmas cards & letters: ''If you would like your Christmas cards to carry a more 'authentic' postmark: address & put stamps on them put them all in a large manila envelope & send it in care of the postmaster of one of thes towns: NorthPole Alaska 99705 Santa Claus, Indiana 47579 Christmas, Florida 32709. They will postmark your cards with the name of their town & send them out. mail early! ''
I read about this somewhere. I think there were some other towns that will do it, too, but I didn't write them down.
I have that before and thought it was cool. Santa Claus Indiana has a Holiday World amusement park there. Santa is always there. (use to be anyway) A water park is by it too.
