I do have one white Christmas lace curtain that a friend gave me. But it hangs in the kitchen window all year.
I change out my kitchen curtains for a gingerbread valance I made.
Outside windows have a plane green wreath hung by a wire.

The second kitchen window is over the sink. It just varies but usually it's a Garland with berries and big sleigh bells on it

I made some LR curtains a few years back (used a checkered red/white tablecloth). I'd love to make some for the kitchen and kitchentte. I put up lights and the Christmas village in the bay window and plastic stickies in the others
I have candle lights in the windows and wreathes on each one outside.
We have old wooden window panes. I've used a thumbtacks to hang gingerbread men or snowflakes from ribbon in each pane in our living room and dining room window. In my other house, we had metal window frames so I used suction cup hooks to hang the gingerbread from ribbon in the windows.
When I was real little, we used the snow foam in a can to decorate the windows.
