Just found this today from a blog called Mommaskindacrafty. Sounds yummy to me! Chicken breasts Cream of chicken soup Cream Cheese Dry ranch dressing mix Place chicken in crockpot, sprinkle with ranch mix. Add 1-2 cans of soup, depending on how much chicken you have. You want to keep the chicken covered to keep it moist. Use about 3-4 ounces of cream cheese per can of soup. Cook on low for 4-6 hours and serve over your favorite pasta, rice or mashed potatoes. I think I will do this on a Sunday, put it in before I leave for church and finish up when I get home. Oooo, with stuffing, even would be good. Let me know if you try it, too.
