I've been seeing the Ab Rocket advertised for a long time, and there are some good deals on fitness equipment this time of year.
I've looked all over the internet for reviews and people seems to either love it or hate it. I would really like to get my stomach in shape before summer gets here. Two kids were not kind to my abs! (Not that I ever had abs...but my stomach was better than it is now)
Does anyone own or use this or use anything they would recommend for toning up abs?
