What's cooking?

The plan is sloppy joes and oven fries here. I hope to be home to cook before H's game.

Rotisserie chicken from Sam's club, broccoli and brussel sprouts, salad and leftover rice.

I'm hoping that there will be enough leftover taco meat from lunch for our dinner tonight, but if not i'll have to come up with something else.

I've swapped tonights dinner for Steak Sandwiches with Mushroom Brandy Cream sauce that was posted on Colleen's FB page.

Homemade BBQ burgers (well at least BBQ for me and hubby and plain burgers for the kids) and Fries.

My menu is all over the place today, I hate picky eaters.

J is having spaghetti and meatballs.
K is having chicken nuggets and pasta.
I am making a pot of soup for myself. I won't eat the entire pot tonight, will eat throughout the week and put some in the freezer.

My chicken dinner was a bust. All the chickens weren't done cooking at 5:30! You would think they'd have them ready for people coming home from work. Geez.

Ended up getting stuffed salmon, which was not the best I've had. Leftover spinach and yellow rice, and Trader Joe's brussel sprouts which are delicious and I don't even really like them.

I made potato soup and grilled cheese for DH and I and the kids had grilled cheese. I thought for sure they would eat leftover taco meat but they didn't. There wasn't enough taco meat for all of us.
