We had a pork loin, rice pilaf and corn.

We had whatever since DH isn't able to eat and I haven't had a chance to meal plan or really grocery shop yet.

Short ribs, baked potatoes, green beans and cottage cheese.

Udi's gluten free Ziti and meatballs. It was a frozen dinner only because I had a coupon for a few dollars off the price. I think it sells for $11.99 and only serves two. I wouldn't buy it again since I know how to boil pasta and pour sauce over it. lol

Taste was ok and was better when I added some extra pasta, butter, parmesan and spices. Good thing I added more pasta. Their serves two is not ours and we are not big eaters.
