Reply to conversation

Someone sent me a question in conversation. I'd like to reply but can't find where I can post a reply or a reply button?

In my conversations, it's right under the original one just like in a regular post. I just click in the box and start typing.

Nope no reply box in the conversation I had after the format change. Old messages have a reply box

Weird. There's also the word Reply in the lower right on my screen in the message sent by the person. I'm on the Latte background.

I'm also on the Latte background, just doesn't have anyway to reply. Here's a printscreen of what I have

I sent you a "conversation", let me know if you can reply to it. There is an option that can be checked to not allow any replies and i'm wondering if that might have accidentally been checked when she sent you a message.
