I did the same thing when I first started with this book. But now I just open and read the message for the day.
I love this book, too. I think I read all of it back in the 90s...but since then I only pick it up occasionally. I wonder if they have it in kindle or ibooks format. I have a daily book for Overeaters Anon and I remember to read it more often on my iPod...I have the hard copy, but was always forgetting to check it the same way I do with Simple Abundance.
