We have leftovers on the Menu for tonight. I have several frozen individual dinners ready. I keep them for DD and staff for their lunches so we will raid the stash.

Easy peasy menu tonight. After I get out of work at 5:30 I have a hair dressers appointment to get a cut and color so I made dinner last night for DD and DH for today. It is my take on Tortellini Carbonara (sp?). It is just cheese tortellini with Alfredo sauce. I mix in bacon and peas. Easy and heats up well.

Kelly, now I have two things to add to my menu this month. Tortellini Carbonara and Chicken Gnocchi Soup.
