We will be having Slow Cooker Cube Steak in Gravy with Mashed Potatoes and Fresh Garden Beans on the side.

I've been making it for years, and the family loves it. I now use lower sodium gravy mixes since they are available. It doesn't change the flavor, but certainly cuts down the sodium level.
