What Kind of Paint do I need?

I could sure use some help! Last year I recieved the most precious decorated cake carrier. It was just an inexpensive plastic cake
carrier, painted with assorted sizes of dots and a monogram in the
front. It was painted with red dots and a black momgram. To finish it off the young lady that made it, tied red gingham bows on the top.
I absolutley love it and would love to make some to give this year and even decorate some glass cake domes. Only problem is I have no idea what kind of paint to use on the plastic, mine is pealing off. Help!! Aslo

There is a paint for painting on plastics that you can get at most crafts stores. Here is a link that shows you what kind of paint it is http://www.plaidonline.com/articleDetail.asp?articleID=110. There is a paint for glass too, most of those you need to bake in the oven to really set the paint.
