What's cooking?

Tonight we will be grilling steaks. I'm going to try baking potatoes in the air fryer as a side. I think H and J will have corn on the cob from the garden as a veg. I'm not sure what I'll have.

Pork loin sliced and cooked as small steaks with rice & green beans. If it's not raining at lunch will go get some corn on the cob for dh.

Dinner is finished here but we had gnocchi. Luke had a pesto sauce. I have a tomato based sauce with lots of bacon and chilli. We both had salad and garlic bread. Garlic bread is very popular in this house.

We are making chili and cornbread tonight.

DH was feeling a bit sick so instead of the pork tenderloin, it was chicken noodle soup with corn on the cob for him. for me leftovers (sausages, potatoes, green beans) and fresh bread. Raspberry pie for dessert.

We had a menu change too, went with hamburgers on pretzel buns and baked beans and whatever leftovers we found.

Huge baked potatoes topped with stir-fried broccoli, bacon and mushrooms. Steamed fresh artichokes that I found at the farmer's market today.

We had ham steak and augratin potatoes.
