What's for dinner tonight?

We are having Chicken Parmesan and Rigatoni. I'll probably make some fried zucchini and a salad.

It's time for our monthly business meeting at church and we always have a fellowship supper. A man has volunteered to provide watermelons. They told everyone not to cook, so we're having sandwiches to go with it...ham, turkey, chicken salad, and tuna salad...along with assorted bread, and chips to go with it. All provided by the church....a night off, of sorts, except I help in the kitchen.

I fixed take out from the Mexican restaurant. I called it in, drove down the block to pick it up and had it on the table in less than 10 minutes from the time I picked up the phone. lol I did go all out to cut up an avocado. Cheese enchiladas for us ladies and tacos for DH.
