Yep, I had no problem. I searched it on ebay just after you posted it. I found a used copy for $3. I did not watch it but DS did- he said its a great movie and the disc is in excellent condition. It was listed as an un- wanted gift on ebay.
I looked up the movie and to my surprise I have it! It is part of a 6 movie dvd I bought a couple Christmases ago and never watched. Found it at Walmart for $5. Yey me!!!
Since we don't choose a movie for the most important Rudy Day of all, I was wondering if anyone has a favorite Christmas movie that they watch on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?
Every Christmas Eve we watch Christmas Vacation. It is my favorite Christmas movie of all time and I love that the movie ends with it being Christmas Eve for the Grizwolds.
On Christmas day we usually watch whatever Christmas movies we didn't have time to see during the month of December, but this year we are doing something different - we are going to have a Harry Potter movie marathon! It is going to take 3 days to watch them all and we are super excited!
Christmas Eve we watch the tv offering which is always "Shrek the Halls". There is usually another movie on as well- usually Elf. Its followed by Carols by Candlelight from Melbourne. Sydney and Melbourne are the 2 biggest cities in Australia and the Melbourne show is a Christmas Eve tradition for many households in Australia.
We don't watch movies during the day on Christmas Day but tv ALWAYS has Christmas Vacation on Christmas night- we watch it. It is ALWAYS followed by Bad Santa- which I really, really, really dislike- so I refuse to watch it! I have not seen the programming guide as yet but I already know that they will be on.
We have a toss up this year for the Christmas movie.
A radio station was showing the presenters two favourite Christmas movies this week..... the movies were
Die Hard and Love Actually. We have both of those movies so I think we will be watching both. Not traditionally Christmas but I am happy to go with the flow.
Tanya, we usually watch Carols by Candlelight too, but not sure what our plans are for this year.
I like Love Actually a lot. There are a few scenes that are a bit surprising so absolutely not a kids movie.Grown ups/older teenagers only.
It is a nice story.
Katrina - I told K about you watching Die Hard. She immediately ordered it from the library and we will watch it when it comes in some time in the new year.
Die Hard has arrived at the library and K will bring it home tonight. She said it has to be some sort of divine intervention because nothing goes through the library system that fast!
