I'm up cooking an early Turkey Day dinner. Yep that's right, it's another Turkey Day this week. Another month closer to Thanksgiving. I'm roasting a turkey with sausage, carrot, onion and red pepper dressing. I'll have leftover green beans and Brussels Sprouts and salad for the veggies, not cooking anything extra. I'm not sure if I'll do Pumpkin Pie Pudding in the crock-pot or Pumpkin Crunch Cake. I sway between the two.
I've looked over my Thanksgiving notebook trying to find a new recipe to try. Nothing looked good except Stuffing Croquettes with a gravy center. So I will have to wait for the leftover to get made.
