Unfortunately I didn't get it here; so I have to wait for my holidays in the US in September...
By the way - when will you define the next book for reading? Because then I would also buy this in September...

My book supposedly shipped from Amazon.com on July 31st. I STILL don't have it...grrr! I am hoping that I get it soon so I can start reading and join everyone in the chat. This is my first book club-reading-sharing-chatting group! :grin:
I'm halfway through and love it so far. I totally want in on the strike...lol!!! If I don't read the last half tonight, I will save it for work tomorrow night!!!
My library called me yesterday and they have ordered the book... thats what is nice about living in a small town, if you want a book they dont have or cant get from another library then they buy it for me

I finished it tonight and loved it. They even put the recipes (after the story) to some of the goodies they mentioned, how cool is that???
You guys are quick! I'm still on Chapter 3. I couldn't read the last 2 days I had a migraine and today my DD woke with a rash on her face and it's traveling down her body and she's miserable and wants to itch it. I wondered why she was so tired and droopy this morning. I can't get her to the dr. until tomorrow morning. My mom says measles and my MIL (over the phone) says Fifths Disease.

I hope it is not fifths disease my sister in laws family had that a few years back. It is extremely contagious and you will have to boil all the sheets and any fabric surface areas to get rid of it from continually spreading!!!

Just got mine. I can't wait to start, hopefully can start reading a little tonight (after a 10 hr workday & church)
Am I the only one that hasnt received her book yet? I sure hope not... I dont want to hold anyone up.. still waiting for my library to call as they had to buy the bookI got mine!!! I got mine!!!! Woo hoo!! Only on page 10 so far, but I GOT MINE!!!!!!!! :applause: arty: :skate:

Nope, not Fifths Disease thank goodness. She has poison Ivy from playing in her friends backyard that has woods. She's on steroid and we put an anti-itch lotion on her and Calmine lotion. Her itching is finally calming down, but for awhile she was going crazy.

Yes, Jana...I am going to read both!! I usually read a book a week, so I will just make mine Christmas ones.
