OK, not quite a pattern, but we're going to Boston and Cape Cod on holidays (we pass through NYC but won't have time to leave JFK airport) in early August.
Can any of you crafters give me a few pointers on places worth having a look at? I probably would only get time to get to one properly (will have DH and DD in tow) in Boston, might sneak in 1 or 2 in Cape Cod if there are any there.
I'm mainly looking for fabrics and nice ribbons (we don't get anywhere near the range over here that you do there), maybe some patterns, or some cardmaking stuff (embellishments or fancy papers - scrapbooking stuff I guess). I'll have some space in my luggage to bring things home and want to make the best use of both the time and space I'll have (although, if I can find good places to go, I can get ideas for places I can order online from and ship).
Anyway, if any of you wonderful crafters have any ideas, I'd be very grateful for tips!!
