Crafter's Challenge January 21st---27th, 2024

I am working on 2 projects. A knitted baby cardigan and I will start a quilt out of left over cut out bunting from DD's wedding. I am hoping to get it done over the next few weeks.
I'd like to:
answer one autobiographical question and organize the answers I receive from my parents.finish a Christmas project that was started last year. If it doesn't get done this week, then I'll pass it on.

I will be knitting in the evenings and hopefully get started on some sewing projects finally.

Lots of crafting in my world! I finished a knit doll blanket to donate to a friend's church charity project. I also finished my winter quilt for the family room sofa. Got a brain bunny last week after seeing a friend's watercolor heart quilted wall hanging. I've purchased several different fabrics to give it a try and got the squares cut out of one yesterday. I think it's going to be wonderful. Now I'm anxious to cut up one of the other fabrics to see how it looks. The third fabric I haven't received in the mail yet. I could use it for a different project unless I decide to make and gift a few heart wall hangings.
Today I plan to work on some Valentine card motifs (machine embroidery).

I have been making cards from the card kit my stepma gave me.
And I made some fingerless mitts for DD next Christmas and I had some left over yarn, so I looked for an ear-warmer or hat and I found a pattern that is basically a square and once it sits on your head, it makes like cat ears! LOL

I decided on an ear warmer instead of a hat.
Going to knit a bit as I fly back and forth.

Finished the donation waffle stitch Pet Mat. I’m onto making another one with this same yarn. But I am doing a granny square.
Washcloths are done and in the gift close. Two birthday cards finished and got the pieces cut out for first set of Christmas cards.
