Crafter's Challenge January 7th--13th, 2024

I am going to try it soon. I have most of the ingredients at home. If I like it I will but fresh ingredients closer to Christmas and make it as gifts. I am aware that the instructions say it will keep for up to a month. Jarred spices have a long shelf life so am wondering why mixed spices will only last a month....What are you thoughts?

I’m wondering if they figure people will make with what they have at hand instead of buying fresh spices. The mixture won’t spoil, if you keep the lid on tight it should stay fresh.

Katrina, I think it would last longer. Spices don't go bad, per se, just lose some of their potency.

I finished the edge on Mum's towel and it is in the gift closet. It is not the best looking edge but it will be appreciated.

I brainstormed a list of unfinished creative projects. I began working on decorating a bottle for Valentines' Day.

Working on CIJ ornaments. Should finish up tomorrow or Monday.

I finished the Valentine bottle and I'm almost done painting a wooden LOVE sign.
