Just went to the mall and got a gift for myself. I got a new lightning cord and charger for my ipod, ipad, phone. Now I do need to order the cord protectors for me.
Got DH a polo shirt for Christmas and a few DVDs for this upcoming Father's Day.
The 2 dollar shop has 2018 calendars for sale so I got one featuring doughnuts that I will use for my meal planner diary for next year.
I have a whole lot of them- pretty much happens every year. Unless for some reason they decide to leave our beach out and switch to another one for the year. The coolest one was years ago when I had a red convertible sports car. My cars are pretty much always put away in the garage when I come home but it was parked outside when the pic was taken so both the house and my car was in that year. We have no idea when they are done as its always an aerial shot from a helicopter. We get helicopters aver several times each day so you just can't pick it.
Nobody picked the correct house. We are the very corner one- right next to the park. What you can't see from this shot is our garage and back yard- the garage is accessed from the side street. We have 3 entry points- side lane from garage, normal front door and gate at the front which leads directly to the pool and backyard. Luke's mates call it the secret cave entry. You also can't see the horrible neighbours house- his is behind the driveway
No you actually cant see nasty neighbours house from this shot. The houses to the left of us have their front door facing the photo. Ours is on the side street. Our house address is actually the side street not the beach front- there is a car parked in front of our house- just behind that car is our driveway entry. Nasty neighbour next door to that. If you look directly behind my house you can see the top of a blue beach umbrella in someones front yard- look slightly left and you can only see a roof top. That belongs to nasty neighbour. The part facing the ocean is actually the side/ back part of my house- which is weird because it's the front of the other homes on the beach. The other houses on the shore have garages on street level. Does that make any sense.
Originally when my parents bought the house in 1967- all were single story- only one left now.
Cool, it all makes perfect sense, the little garages down the bottom of the steps are so cute but so inconvenient.
Thanks for the fun of picking your house, what a treat.
What is your beach called?
I bought DS some cast enamel pots from Sam's today, the double pack with the 4qt. and 7qt. pans. I picked up some socks for DD24 for stocking stuffers and a set of measuring cups for DD20.
